What are the printer peripherals?

 

Etisoft offers its customers a wide range of peripherals in cooperation with the Labelmate, Belgian company. Certainly, these peripherals can make work much easier and, in combination with printers, extend their capabilities.

Label winders

The basic devices of this type are external label winders. Thanks to them, a printer not equipped with an internal rewinder can meet the expectations of a user with higher requirements.

CAT-4 models in ACH and MC-11 versions perfectly fit into the additional equipment of each printer. With their help we roll up a series of labels directly after their printing and without the involvement of third parties. Speed and direction regulation allows you to adjust the operation of the device to your needs. The maximum speed, depending on the model, varies from 50 cm/sec. (MC-11) up to 125 cm/sec. (CAT-4). In the case of these two devices, there will also be no problem with winding labels on different diameters of the core , because each of them has an ACH mounting system, allowing for manipulation of the core diameter.

Label counters

What if we need to take 153 labels out of a large roll of labels, for example? Manual counting can be tedious and does not guarantee a flawless countdown. Label counters can be helpful. Easy to use devices with an intuitive interface will count down the number of labels required by the user much faster than a human being would do.

In the case of the RRC-330-ACH model, this speed can reach up to 235 cm/sec. The ACH system allows for rewinding cores with a diameter of 25 to 101 mm. This model is also available with an ultrasonic sensor, which makes it possible to count transparent labels.

Another device with similar parameters is the TWIN-CAT-2 model counter. It is a more compact device with a vertical counting system. Therefore, similarly to the RRC-330, it will calculate the programmed number of labels. But most of all, this model will do it in both directions, because each mounting mandrel is equipped with its own motor. It is noteworthy that the direction and torque of each of them can be controlled individually. The manufacturer gives you the possibility to choose the installation cores according to your needs.
