Successful recruitment at Open Career Days at the Silesian Technical University

Short CV in the form of a label with a candidate’s photo on? Why not! This is the way we collected applications for internship in our company during Open Career Days, organized at the Silesian Technical University in Gliwice. We experienced many substantive conversations with students, lots of questions about our company and great fun.
First impressions show that students are very interested in the scope of our company, the innovative direction we are heading for, the flexibility and diversity of the industries we work with.

So who is ready to join our team?

We rejuvenate our team, encouraging young people to acquire the knowledge and professional experience they need. Our specialists already share their knowledge with the students of the Polygraphic-Mechanical School Complex in Katowice, with which we have signed a cooperation agreement. Now it is time for students interested in gaining professional experience in new technologies, R&D and IT areas.
Our fair stand was besieged, and the effect was acquiring dozens of applications for paid internship in our company. For young people we offer work in a convenient time, under the guidance of a mentor who will introduce them into the secrets of our industry.
