Cheap and reliable device for low-maintenance applications.
It’s time for the last part of our cycle dedicated to Wipe-On/Merge label applicators. Today we will focus on low-cost, yet proven devices for less demanding applications. We would like to remind you that all described applicators are available in Etisoft’s offer. We encourage you to read.
The applicator recommended by Etisoft for non-demanding applications is the ASE DS100T. A colour touch screen and digital parameter setting change are used. The small casing, thanks to the separation of the PSU and some control elements, allows for the installation of the device in hard-to-reach places. Max. application speed is 18 m/min. with the possibility of connecting an encoder.

Economical applicators for wide labels
ASE ETK-130/180/240/300 is a series of application printheads differing in the maximum width of the label applied and the maximum application speed. It is a noteworthy, very economical solution for the application of wide labels at low and high speeds of products on the conveyor. Due to the fact that the control unit with display is located in a separate housing, it is possible to connect an encoder for speed compensation and many additional functions for demanding applications.
