Overview of the Wipe-On/Merge automatic label applicators in the Etisoft range – their advantages and applications

Wide range of devices for easy and precise label applications

Selection of the right label applicator is primarily determined by such parameters as the maximum width of labels that can be used and the speed at which the application can take place. In reference to the article, in which the Wipe-On (Merge) application method is described below, we present automatic label applicators of this type offered by Etisoft. Currently we are a distributor of devices for automatic label application of the American company Label-Aire and Italian ASE s.r.l. The most important difference between these models is the maximum width of the label application possible and the maximum speed at which such applications can be realized.

Economical application device for simple solutions

Label-Aire 3015-ND is an economical applicator for undemanding applications. It uses a technology in which the label is applied through contact with the product. The device allows the application of labels with a maximum unwinding speed of 25 m/min. and application accuracy of +/- 0.8 mm. Labels are taken from a roll with a maximum external diameter of 305 mm (on a 76 mm core). Due to the fact that the device has a very durable housing, it is perfect for production lines. Labels can be applied from the top, side or bottom of the product, in right and left-handed configuration.

Automatic label applicators for any application method

Label-Aire 3115-NV is the latest generation of applicator. Due to its modular design, it is possible to use any method of label application (contact or non-contact). The device is characterized by high speed (up to 50 m/min), while maintaining high precision of label application (+/-0.8 mm). The standard outer diameter of the label roll is 406 mm (on the 76 mm core). In addition, it has a robust industrial casing and allows the user to apply labels anywhere on any product.
