High accuracy of label application at higher speeds
Label Aire 3125/3135 applicators are a series of devices designed for special applications where higher speed is required. Labels are applied by contact with the product. Industrial labeling machines can operate at speeds up to 64 m/min or 88 m/min, maintaining, above all, very high precision of label application, up to +/- 0.4 mm. The ability to load a roll of 406 or 508 mm diameters significantly increases the efficiency of the systems and reduces the downtime required for their replacement. The applicators have a robust industrial casing and can be applied from the top, side or bottom of the product.

Industrial labeling machine for labelling at very high speed
The Label-Aire 3155-HS applicator is a special applicator designed to apply labels at very high speed. The Label-Aire 3155-HS applicator can apply labels at a speed of up to 127 m/min, using external high speed label feeders (also available in our offer). First of all, it has a robust, industrial casing and allows the application of labels from the top, side or bottom of the product.
