Not only as a label manufacturer during the Congress of the “World of the Pharmaceutical Industry”
Once again Etisoft will participate in the Congress of the “World of the Pharmaceutical Industry”, held from 13 to 15 November in Narvil Hotel in Serock. This year’s presentation of our offer is accompanied by the catchphrase “Etisoft for the pharmaceutical industry”.
Etisoft is not only a manufacturer of labels
During last year’s edition of the event we presented ourselves as the initiator of the etiCALLS system, used for better sample identification as part of laboratory processes. During this year’s jubilee congress, we will present a full range of authorial solutions necessary in production, logistics and warehousing processes. It is worth mentioning that before systems were successfully implemented by our customers, we implemented the solutions on our own production lines and in the warehouse. Therefore, during the congress we want to present ourselves as a complex and comprehensive supplier in the field of Auto ID.
What will we present and what do we offer to the pharmaceutical industry?
- labels for the pharmaceutical industry, manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice. Also labels protecting pharmaceutical packaging against unauthorized opening.
- etiCALLS, the system equipping laboratories with specialist labels resistant to demanding laboratory tests and devices for their printing and identification. During EuroLAB 2018, the system received a distinction in the category “ Laboratory equipment for clean room”.
- 2D and 3D vision systems – for automatic inspection and verification. They can support industrial robot control systems control systems for industrial robots , be part of quality control and support logistics processes.
- etiSZOP system – controlling the entire production process, from receiving the raw material to sending the finished product to the customer
- etiLEDGER – electronic machine book – rational management of the machine park thanks to reliable, up-to-date information
- Print&Apply – a system that applies labels directly onto products, optimizes production and allows for better use of processing capacity.
- etiSTOCK system – an automated consignment warehouse. Thanks to the implementation of RFID technology, it monitors stock levels on an ongoing basis and automatically replenishes shortages without the need to order them.
- AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) – an automatic distribution system based on AGV platforms.
